After registration, Bitville may initiate an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. This may require a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. Bitville reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals until KYC is completed.
Please Note: Providing false information at registration will result in immediate account termination and possible forfeiture of the balance. If your details change, please update them through Support.
Bitville currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay and Nagad. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

To make a withdrawal, deposited funds must be wagered at least once. Direct withdrawals without placing any bets are not permitted. Bitville may delay payments on suspicious transactions pending additional verification.
All withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit. Requests to withdraw via a different method may be considered in special circumstances, at the sole discretion of management.
Bitville offers Sports Betting, live betting, casino, and virtual games. While each section has its own specific rules, the following general betting conditions apply across all categories:
For live betting, if an internet connection is lost, the data recorded on Bitville's servers will be considered final.
Bitville offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. These are subject to specific terms and conditions and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
Bonus Abuse is Prohibited: Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts or false information will result in all accounts being closed and all balances forfeited. The same action will be taken if bonus-driven betting patterns are detected.

If such activity is detected, Bitville will investigate and notify the relevant authorities if necessary. Suspicious transactions are monitored through automated systems.
Bitville reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
An email notice is generally sent before an account is closed. However, in cases of fraud, immediate termination may occur. If there is a valid balance, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw before closure, unless the account is under investigation.
